These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Broker Launch website at brokerlaunch.co.uk (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

The Site is operated by Broker Launch UK Operations Ltd (trading as Broker Launch), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16040213, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. You can contact us at admin@brokerlaunch.co.uk.

2. Using the Site

The Site provides information about Broker Launch and OrionOS and lets you make enquiries, request lender access and book a call. It is provided for general information only. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of the Site at any time without notice.

3. No financial or professional advice

Nothing on the Site is personalised financial, investment, tax, legal or credit advice, and it should not be relied on as such. Any decision you make about becoming a broker, working with us, or arranging finance is your own. If you need advice, speak to a suitably qualified professional.

4. Illustrative figures and forecasts

Any figures on the Site — including income examples, projections, lender numbers and product counts — are illustrations based on assumptions and past or typical scenarios. They are not promises, guarantees or forecasts of the results you will achieve. Individual results depend on your own effort, market conditions and other factors, and will vary.

5. Enquiries are not a contract

Submitting a form, requesting lender access or booking a call does not create a contract, partnership or obligation on either side, and does not guarantee acceptance, deal flow or exclusivity. Any working relationship between us will be governed by a separate written agreement.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Site unlawfully or for any fraudulent or harmful purpose;
  • submit false, misleading or unlawful information, or anyone else’s details without their permission;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Site or its underlying systems;
  • introduce malicious code, or scrape or harvest content or data except as normal browsing requires.

7. Intellectual property

All content, branding, logos, text, graphics, screenshots and design on the Site are owned by or licensed to Broker Launch and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish or otherwise exploit any part of the Site without our prior written permission. “Broker Launch” and “OrionOS” and related marks are our brands.

8. Third-party links and services

The Site links to and embeds third-party services (for example our call-booking provider and LinkedIn). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of those services, and a link does not imply our endorsement. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the Site available but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. We are not liable if the Site is unavailable for any period.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

Subject to that, to the fullest extent permitted by law: we provide the Site “as is” and exclude all implied warranties; and we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site or reliance on its content.

11. Privacy

We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when they were last revised. By continuing to use the Site after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Site, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
