About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Orion platform operated by Broker Launch UK Operations Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), registered at 71-75 Shelton Street, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. By accessing or using the platform you agree to these terms.

The service

Orion is a broker support platform providing CRM tools, lead management, training resources, and integrations with third-party advertising platforms. Access is provided on a subscription basis to authorised users within your organisation.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at admin@brokerlaunch.co.uk if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

You must not share your account with anyone else. Each user must have their own account.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use the platform to store or process data you do not have the right to use, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure, interfere with the operation of the platform or other users’ access, upload or transmit malicious code or harmful content, or misrepresent your identity or organisation.

Third-party integrations

The platform allows you to connect third-party services such as Meta Lead Ads. By connecting these services you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to access and process that data, and that your use of those services complies with the third party’s own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of any third-party service.

Data and content

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload or create within the platform. By using the platform you grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you upload or import is handled in accordance with UK GDPR and applicable data protection law.

Availability

We aim to maintain high availability of the platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance or updates from time to time and will provide reasonable notice where possible.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the three months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we cease to operate the service. We will provide reasonable notice where possible. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at admin@brokerlaunch.co.uk.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via a notice within the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
