Broker Launch UK Operations Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a company registered in England and Wales, with our registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. We operate the Orion platform, a suite of broker support tools available at brokerlaunch.co.uk.

What information we collect

We collect information you provide when you register for an account, including your name, email address, and role within your organisation.

We collect information you enter while using the platform, including CRM contact records, deal notes, tasks, and lead data imported from third-party advertising platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram).

We collect technical information automatically when you use the platform, including your IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited. This is used solely for security and platform performance purposes.

We do not collect or store any financial data, bank account details, or payment card information.

How we use your information

We use your information to provide and operate the Orion platform, to authenticate your identity and manage your account, to allow you to manage CRM contacts and leads within your organisation, to send you service-related communications such as account notifications, and to improve and maintain the platform.

We do not use your information for advertising purposes. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Third-party integrations

The platform allows you to connect third-party services such as Meta Lead Ads. When you connect these services, we store access credentials (such as access tokens) securely in our database to enable data syncing on your behalf. We only access third-party data that you have explicitly authorised us to retrieve.

Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data on the following grounds under UK GDPR: contract performance (to provide the service you have signed up for), legitimate interests (to operate and improve the platform securely), and consent (where you have explicitly authorised a third-party integration).

Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days unless we are required by law to retain it longer.

Your rights

Data security

We store all data on Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Access to data is restricted by role-based permissions. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via a notice within the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
