How to request deletion of your data

If you have connected your Facebook or Instagram account to the Orion platform and would like us to delete your data, please send an email to admin@brokerlaunch.co.uk with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.

Please include the following in your email:

• Your full name
• The email address associated with your Orion account
• The Facebook page or ad account you connected to the platform

What we will delete

Upon receiving your request we will delete the following data associated with your account:

• Your Meta integration credentials, including any stored access tokens
• All lead form configurations linked to your account
• All leads synced from your Meta campaigns
• All field mapping configurations

Timeframe

We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days of receiving it.
